Heracles is a small app advocating the use of good, secure passwords. Working in two different modes, the app either suggests completely random passwords, or generates them based on some credentials the user has to enter.
In this second mode, the app also acts as a password reminder, as entering the same credentials leads to the same passwords being generated. Due to the unique way these suggestions are generated and presented, the exact passwords are not stored on the device at any point.
No snake oil! Password generation is based on standard cryptographic hash functions like SHA-256, making it unlikely to deconstruct any password generated by this app from user-generated input.
